As we prepare for our separation from Unilever in November 2025, we are building a world-class HR team to support our transformation and growth. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (WL2A) to lead strategic HR initiatives across our North America Transformation and Supply Chain Go-to-Market functions, including Procurement, Planning, Strategy, Customer Service & Logistics, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Finance. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation across a dynamic and evolving supply chain landscape.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in CPG or global supply chain environments. Proven experience in strategic HR partnering at a senior level. Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain operations. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Ability to travel up to 30% and flex schedule to support business needs.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
