Position Purpose:
Oversee regional performance for an assigned region to ensure that all key performance indicators are successfully met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
• Analyze, design, document, and implement internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.
• Design, coordinate, and implement training programs for personnel within the organization and its components regarding the nature and application operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Including Education):

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in internal compliance audits/quality control reviews, or related experience, including three (3) years of supervisory experience
• Active real estate license preferred
• A true “people person” who is not afraid to resolve conflict in-person or on the phone
• Ability to work a flex schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as requested
• Proficient with technology including various mobile aps, the Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and the Google Suite
• Must be professional energetic and positive
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines set by management
• Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level, in all aspects of the area of focus applicable to the specified role
