Whether you're handling cash at the register, stocking shelves, or assisting with curbside orders, your role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and product availability.

Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with your leader.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all documents and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean work area.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Give feedback to management regarding products and inventory issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Follow merchandising plans for effective displays.
• Organize new inventory and dispose of empty boxes.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to all safety procedures.

Store Associate Responsibilities:

• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders.
• Perform both cashier and stocker tasks as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
• Ability to stock products weighing up to 45 pounds on various shelving heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the company's products and services.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
