People First in Iron Mountain Local Team Collaboration: Work in a collaborative, collegial environment at Marshfield Medical Center – Dickson that emphasizes mutual support and learning from one another. Qualification: Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting. Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: ~ Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm). ~1:6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back. Key Responsibilities: Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. Join a team making a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: Guaranteed salary of 285,000, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
