This is a "key" position in this organization. Full Time, Monday-Friday with hours of around 7:00a - 4:00p. Some Saturdays maybe required. Excellent benefits package is offered along with PTO.

Some Essential Duties of this Warehouse Manager:

• Oversee multiple warehouse depts. including receiving, shipping and maintenance operations
• Must be able to set goals and motivate the team
• Manage and enforce warehouse complying with company policies and safety goals
• Plan work appropriately and assign tasks
• Select, train and coach warehouse staff
• Experience working with all levels of management in various departments
• Other projects as assigned

Qualificiations:

• HS Diploma or equivalent - any college a plus
• Minimum of 5 years warehouse management experience
• Experience with Lean 5S
• Understand warehouse procedures & best practices
• Record of successful distribution & logistics management
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Experience with ERP systems
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an indoor/outdoor element
