We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced  Warehouse and Distribution Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of our warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, fleet, and picking/packing. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing performance, implementing sustainable processes, and supporting business demands in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage warehouse functions: Shipping, Picking, Packing, Receiving, and Fleet.
• Oversee daily workflow and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Develop and implement sustainable processes to meet or exceed on-time delivery and quality KPIs.
• Plan warehouse operations to support business needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Create and manage warehouse schedules, including overtime when needed.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure it meets utilization and service standards.
• Use ERP systems to manage warehouse operations, Odoo. 
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Manage team performance, including attendance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and other departments to align warehouse activities with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles.
• 5–10 years of experience managing warehouse/inventory KPIs.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems.
