Job Title: Walmart Marketplace Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Walmart Marketplace Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Walmart online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing inventory levels, replenishing stock through Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and maintaining an accurate and optimized product catalog.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily sales performance and identify trends or issues.
Review and interpret Walmart sales and inventory reports.
Create and manage purchase orders to replenish inventory from suppliers.
Ensure timely replenishment to WFS to avoid stockouts.
Audit and maintain the product catalog for accuracy, compliance, and optimization.
Assist in resolving any operational or fulfillment issues related to Walmart orders.
Collaborate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure smooth inbound inventory flow.
Track promotions, pricing, and performance of listed products.
Communicate updates, concerns, and opportunities to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other eCommerce platforms preferred.
Basic understanding of inventory management and purchase order creation.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.).
Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services).
