Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow in the pet care industry, we provide full on-the-job training. No previous veterinary experience is required. No Experience? No Problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training so you can gain the skills needed to thrive in this role—from animal handling and customer service to mobile clinic operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Welcome and assist pet parents throughout the clinic experience, delivering excellent customer service. Safely handle and restrain pets during wellness procedures such as vaccines, nail trims, and microchipping. Prepare and administer vaccines; label and dispense medications appropriately. Collect and prepare blood and fecal samples for lab testing. Support product and service recommendations based on pet lifestyle and health needs. Promote microchipping and educate pet parents on the benefits of preventive care. Drive the company vehicle to and from clinic locations; load and unload equipment and supplies. Collaborate with your team to ensure clinic goals are achieved in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Functions/Job Duties: Perform pet wellness procedures under the supervision of licensed veterinary professionals. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by disinfecting clinic spaces and equipment. Monitor and manage product inventory, including tracking expiration dates. Operate clinic equipment and digital tools such as tablets and Bluetooth-enabled devices. Ensure a safe, respectful, and organized clinic space for pets, pet parents, and team members. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle to clinic locations. Reliable transportation to and from work. Available to work weekends and a variety of weekday shifts, including occasional overnight travel. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work full clinic days (up to 12–14 hours). Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills. Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service, retail, or animal care is a plus.
