Are you passionate about the automotive industry and love working with people? Our Cadillac dealership is seeking a friendly, organized and driven Service Appointment Setter to join our service team.
Full Time Position Monday -Friday

About the Role:
As a Service Appointment Setter ,you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers scheduling vehicle service.
Your role is key to ensuring a smooth ,professional, and welcoming experience
every time.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
-Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule appointments
-Accurately input customer information and appointment details into the Reynolds & Reynolds System
-Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to manage appointment calendar
-Provide basic information on recommended maintenance and dealership promotions
-Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications:
Previous customer service or receptionist experiences ( automotive industry a plus!)
-Excellent phone etiquette and communications skills
_Strong organized skills and attention to detail
_Comfortable using computer system and scheduling software
_Friendly, team oriented and dependable
