Overview The Senior Director of Strategic Pricing is responsible for development and execution of the pricing strategy for the USIS Mortgage & Housing Business Unit. The role will work closely with the SVP of Mortgage & Housing as well as sales leadership to lead the revenue agenda for the entire business. The successful candidate will possess strong and effective communications across multiple levels of Equifax and across multiple functional organizations. Excellent partnering and influencing skills are critical. Responsibilities Develop innovative pricing models and conduct in-depth analyses to optimize pricing strategies across various market segments and product lines. Provide expert consultative support to drive pricing decisions and revenue growth. Lead and influence in a matrixed environment, building trust, challenging ideas, and motivating colleagues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategy with business goals and market dynamics. Demonstrate strong strategic insight, research, analytical, project management, and quantitative skills. Build and manage relationships, and provide leadership in people management as appropriate for the role. Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple organizational levels. Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with demonstrated analytical capabilities and ability to manage complex projects.
