Qualifications:

• High\nSchool Diploma or equivalent.

• \n\nFAA\nMechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.

• \n\nMinimum\nof 2 years of experience as a Certified Aircraft Mechanic, with experience in\nmaintenance, sheet metal repairs, and/or avionics troubleshooting.

• \n\nCandidates\nmust live within a one-hour drive or sixty (60) miles (whichever is greater) of\ntheir primary base of residence.

• \n\nTravel\nbetween bases is required as part of the role.

• \n\nBasic\ncommunication and computer skills.

• \n\nAbility\nto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and\nflexibility assessment), drug screening, and background check.

• \n\nPhysical\nability to lift up to 100 pounds.

• \n\nFlexibility\nto travel frequently and work varying schedules, including night shifts.

Key\nResponsibilities:

• Perform\nscheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters to ensure\nairworthiness and safety.

• \n\nConduct\ntroubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls, including sheet metal repairs and\navionics troubleshooting.

• \n\nAdhere\nto FAA regulations and company maintenance policies.

• \n\nDocument\nall maintenance actions and ensure compliance with technical publications.

• \n\nCollaborate\nwith team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
