Responsibilities:As a Retail Product Expert, you’ll engage with customers in a retail setting, helping them find the right home comfort solutions. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path to advancement into a Sales Advisor role, offering unlimited earning potential and career growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel. The primary objective of this role is to engage customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements and energy conservation. Your goal is to promote home performance tune-ups and schedule business leads for free, in-home consultations. Our proficient industry sales experts will handle the rest!
