Parts Manager – HDTS

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5 PM + Rotating Saturdays
Salary: $52,500–$65,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do (AKA your genius zone):

• Own the day-to-day of our parts department like a pro
• Build and grow real relationships with our pro customers (they’ll love you)
• Get deep into inventory, sourcing, quoting, and fulfillment, no fluff, just action
• Keep things moving, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
• Be the go-to on the floor: scheduling, coaching, managing safety, and driving results
• Bring creative ideas to our marketing and promotions! We love fresh thinking
• Partner with leadership to level-up processes and performance

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You can coach, motivate, and keep people accountable without breaking a sweat
• Inventory systems, POS tech, and quoting systems? You’re fluent
• You know how to deliver outstanding service and still hit the numbers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty or jump in to help the team
• Bonus points if you’ve got ASE certs, social media savvy, or logistics experience
