INDUSTRIAL PAINTER

Monday - Friday

6:00 am - 6:00 pm

$20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follow all company safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Pressure wash and prepare parts for coating
• Mix and prepare paint; use measurement tools such as viscosity cups
• Set up and maintain painting equipment and work areas safely
• Apply masking materials and strip as required
• Operate forklifts to move parts in and out of paint/prep bays
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Maintain a clean work environment and keep tools/equipment in good condition
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Accurately follow both written and verbal instructions
• Differentiate between colors for quality control
• Manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Paint Lead or Management
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of industrial and/or automotive painting experience
• 3 years of assembly experience preferred
• 1–2 years of electrical experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficiency in routing and connecting electrical harnesses
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations
• Forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify and resolve assembly issues independently
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
