As a quick introduction, RST is a Global on board and on-site training provider to the Oil and Gas Sector. Our range of training includes HSE, Lifting Equipment, Technical and Marine. We also provide competency development and safety coaching and mentoring.

We have over 400 accreditations for all of courses including DNV, API, IADC, and Liberia flags and have our QMS ISO9001:2015 approved.
We have over 300 technical courses covering full range and level of Cyber Drilling, Production, Cargo, Maintenance, E & I and Mechanical courses. Accredited with DNV for any level learner required.
We have provided on board training for over 350 Drilling rigs and FPSOs and mobilized 150 units in the past 8 years.
We can provide multi-skilled trainers (Crane, HSE and Marine) who can do a large variety of courses and equipment training and assessment which enable them to be very cost effective, also we can provide multiple trainers on one project for larger requirements.
RST has a Drilling Program to develop an entire drilling crew from junior positions all the way to the Tool Pusher level.
We have multi-lingual trainers who can train in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Bahasa and French.

We put our trainers through our Train the Trainer to ensure alignment and competency to train and at the same time accredit them to be able to train our courses to the likes of DNV, IADC, and Liberia etc.

At this time we are experiencing huge demand by our clients for our courses. We are looking at on boarding new trainers within the region to support our growth.

With your Electrical and Instrumentation credentials and experience, you may be a good fit to join us as a Contractual Electrical & Instrumentation Certification Trainer.

We provide paid Certification Training and a very competitive day rate while on projects!
