Job Summary
We are looking for a DMV Clerk/F&I Assistant to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous automotive experience is preferred but we would love to talk with anyone that has an accounting or office background.

Responsibilities
Process CT and out of state registrations
Maintain and track vehicle titles and MSO's
Clean and review vehicle accounting schedules
Review, calculate and audit vehicle sales tax
Work with Beacon and other title vendors to process out of state deals
Assist F&I in making sure we are compliant with all state and federal laws and that all money is collected on each deal
Advise sales team on potential title issues with off street purchases and other transactions
Qualifications
Previous dealership, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred
Previous DMV experience preferred
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills - Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus
