Corporate Transactional Attorney (Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner)

Join a well-regarded St. Louis-based law firm as a Corporate Transactional Attorney . This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) with a salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 (DOE) plus a 15% origination bonus on client billings. The firm seeks candidates with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial transactional work and a partial book of business, with the title (Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner) depending on experience and client base.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on business matters such as entity formation, contracts, and risk mitigation
• Handling corporate and commercial transactions for small to mid-sized businesses
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Collaborating across practice groups
• Contributing to firm knowledge-sharing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Missouri or eligible via reciprocity
• 10+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience, preferably in a law firm
• Ability to manage matters independently and lead transactions
• Portable book of business (target: $250K+)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client service skills
• Experience in real estate, employment, or regulatory compliance is a plus
