Now were looking for a Content Manager / Copywriter to shape how we speak, sell, and stand out.

The Role

Were searching for a word-first creative with a strategic brain; a thinker and a doer who can architect big ideas and deliver copy that converts. Youll own the voice of the brand across site, retail, advertising, social, and content. From product positioning to digital storytelling, your job is to stop the scroll, drive the click, and inspire brand love.

This isnt just a writing role, Its a content leadership role. Youll partner closely with a designer, marketers, and eComm teammates to build messaging that is smart and sharp. Youll take briefs and turn them into campaigns. Youll take product and turn it into purpose. And youll use AI as a collaborator, not a crutch, scaling smartly while maintaining humanity in every word.

What Were Looking For

• 57 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling.
• A portfolio that shows versatility: strong headlines, clean UX copy, bold campaigns, and thoughtful editorial.
• Experience writing for retail, eComm, digital advertising, and organic content.
• Ability to translate complex features into clear, craveable benefits.
• Conceptual thinker who can lead campaign ideation and messaging strategy.
• Sharp instincts for brand tone and narrative structure.
• Intellectually curious: asks the right questions, reads between the lines, and seeks truth in data and dialogue.
• Comfort with AI writing tools: and a clear POV on when, where, and how to use them.
• Collaborative energy with a desire to build and iterate with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: experience in travel, lifestyle, or consumer product categories.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the Travelpro voice across all touchpoints; from headlines to how-tos.
• Architect and write campaign concepts, brand storytelling, and product positioning.
• Craft copy for product detail pages, landing pages, banners, emails, social, retail, and more.
• Collaborate with designers to create cohesive, compelling stories across every asset.
• Partner with eCommerce, performance, and product teams to ensure messaging is both brand-right and conversion-focused.
• Drive our editorial calendar, pitching, writing, and refining blog and SEO content with real consumer value.
• Use AI tools to scale output, brainstorm faster, and explore creative angles, while maintaining originality and tone.
• Guide consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across a growing content ecosystem.
• Bring consumer empathy and insight into every project; turning what we know into what people feel.
• Stay attuned to culture, media, and language trends; always looking to make Travelpro feel timely and true.
