About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee all accounting functions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies within the financial sector. As the CFO, the primary responsibilities will include directing all financial activities, supervising financial staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves financial planning, budgeting, and guiding the organization's financial area towards growth and expansion. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting (Master’s degree preferred), and a CPA designation is also desirable. A minimum of 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PC software and possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The CFO will be expected to influence their own development, lead staff training, and be adept at identifying opportunities for improvement in financial operations.
